May Half Term Holiday Activities 2021: Children at War

As lockdown restrictions start to ease, join in the fun at Biggin Hill Memorial Museum this May Half Term with a week-long programme of events and activities centred around the theme of ‘Children at War’. Find out what it was like for children living under the shadow of the Second World War through our drama performances and exhibits then take part in our make-and-take craft sessions to create objects that would have been well-known to youngsters living in the 1940s.

Watch out too for the launch of our new children’s Activity Log Book – complete all six activities in the book to earn a prize. There’s also Fancy Dress Friday on Friday 4th June with further prizes for children (and adults) who come dressed up in 1940s-themed outfits.

With a different activity every day, there’s something for everyone. We look forward to welcoming you,
