Lunchtime Lecture – London’s Airports- Past and Present

We think of Heathrow, Gatwick, London City and Luton as the principle airports for London. But there have been many others, for example, Croydon, Heston and Maylands, plus sites that were proposed and planned, but never came about. This talk will aim to highlight all those along with the stories of how the present ones emerged and succeeded.

This lunchtime lecture is included in the museum admission cost.
