We are recruiting for a Cafe Supervisor

Biggin Hill Memorial Museum will be opening to the public this winter. The museum will tell the story of Britain’s most famous fighter station from its role in the First World war to the building of St George’s Chapel of Remembrance in 1951.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join the museum team in the role of Café Supervisor. The role will be responsible for all areas of operation of the café and kitchen, ensuring excellent customer service and engagement. This includes developing light seasonal menus, crafting Barista style coffee, maintaining allergen records, till reconciliation, stock checking and ordering, leading the café team, and maintaining high levels of cleanliness.  Full job specification can be found below.

Experience is an advantage but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn is essential. Training and qualifications provided where necessary.
